Narrow Aluminium Belt Conveyors
The Advance A840 series belt conveyor is a light duty aluminium conveyor used primarily for conveying small, lightweight products. The light duty conveyor series has a very slim line design and can be made with a belt as narrow as 72mm (belt width, actual conveyor width would be wider) and with an under slung drive can easily be used where space is an issue.
The A840 narrow belt conveyor is manufactured with 38mm diameter terminal rollers, with the option of using 16mm diameter should the need arise so it is ideal for situations where product transfer is an issue.
The belts are fully guided with the Adtrak belt guidance system, so you should never have issues with belts tracking off and damaging themselves.
All light duty belt conveyors can be manufactured with a range of accessories like side guides (fixed or adjustable), castors or non-standard leg frames for greater height adjustment. Full control options are also available from direct online starters to variable speed and PLC control.

Conveyor Width
The A840 conveyor can be manufactured in widths from 72mm up to 192mm, increasing in 40mm increments. Other widths can be catered for and if you are tied to a specific belt width we can manufacture the conveyor to suit.
Conveyor Length
The narrow aluminium belt conveyor can be manufactured to suit any length you require and can be designed to fit in gaps between machines or other conveyors.
The minimum length the conveyor can be manufactured to, in it’s standard format, is 500mm. The maximum length is very much dependant on the product and weight going on the belt but generally we would not recommend going over 5000mm for one unit. If you require much longer lengths we recommend using multiple units to acheive your desired length.
Conveyor Drive
The A840 conveyor comes with a shaft mounted, geared motor. Generally Motovario or SEW Eurodrive motors are used, though if you have a particular preference we can manufacture to suit.
If you require the conveyor to be variable speed the conveyor can be supplied with our standard variable speed control panel.
